Podcast #9 Mrs Brown's Boys is the best sitcom of the 21st century (apparently)

Mrs Brown’s Boys is the best sitcom of the 21st century. Let that settle in.

Hey everyone and welcome back to another episode of the Reel Film Podcast. This week we talk about our favourite and least favourite sitcoms. We explain why we hate Mrs Brown’s Boys and we ask, what even is a sitcom? We take a detour via Misfits (which definitely isn’t a sitcom) and explain what makes British Sitcoms better than the American counterparts, despite loving Parks and Rec and The Office. We discuss whether laugh tracks are good or just a distraction and M Hizzle raps about argy-bargy at an arty party. We also discuss the time travel effects of podcasting.

Thanks to Mitchell for the question that inspired our topic for the week!

And thanks to Gallifrey Stands pod ‏@DoctorSquee for their input!
